He is survived by: his daughter Janice Monroe (William) of Forest, VA; his siblings, Kenneth Whirley (Diane) of Lynchburg, VA and Sinnie Lou Ferguson of Lynchburg, VA; his grandsons, Chris, Clay Carter and Clarence Hodges III; his great grandchild Sa-Leah Hodges; his sister-in-law Robbin Tindall (Lee) of Elmira, NY; his nieces, Tanya (Gwynn Oak, MD), Alexis, Kyliah and KeAnah of Elmira, NY; his friends, Herbert Ellison and Lionel Cheatham; and also Anthony.
