He is survived by: his wife Carole Strong; his children, Joel Strong (Eve) of Florida, David Strong (Jenn) of Marysvale, Michelle Richards (John) of Horseheads, NY, Tracy Masur (Mike) of Ormond, FL, Craig Conklin (Cindy) of Florida, Tom Lowman of Horseheads, NY, Timothy Lowman (Heather) of Dauphin, PA, Tammi Spangler (John) of Elmira, NY and George M. Champluvier of Horseheads, NY.; and his sister Shirley Schmick of Apex. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
