He is survived by: his children, Linda Peters (William), Connie Smith, Doris Cullen, Tammy Beck (Larry) and Denny Titsworth; his stepdaughter Jeanette; and his brother Donald Burlew (Raye). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
