She was predeceased by: her parents, Arista Spotts and Cora Faye Spotts (Kurtz); and her siblings, Elmer Spotts (Barb), Marion Strasburg (Rich) and Richard Spotts (Ronnie).
She is survived by: her significant other Richard M. Hoobler; her children, Roger, Richard "Ricky" Bellows, Vickie Dickerson (Dale), Robert Bellows (Sissy) and Rodney Bellows (Luz); her stepdaughters, Diana and Lisa; and her grandchildren, Tonya Craige, Amy Lorenz (Greg), Bradley Bellows (Katie), Joshua Bellows and Ashley.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
