We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 69, Belinda J. Harris of Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Harris and Arlene Joyce Harris (Redner). She is survived by: her siblings, Judith Fisher (Murray) of Wellsburg, Donald Harris (Diana) and Carl Harris (Pamela); and her close friends, Nancy and Cathy Hendrickson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
