She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Oakes, Sr. and Artie L. Oakes (Butler); and her brother Milton Oakes, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Anthony Cicconi (Lisa) of Elmira, NY; her grandsons, Christian, Steven and Logan Cicconi of Elmira, NY; and her brother Melvin Oakes (Connie) of Elmira, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude, Hospice , or a local animal shelter in Barbara's memory.
