She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred McCarthy and Mary Genevieve McCarthy (McCrone); her husband Martin C. Knuth; her son James F. Knuth; and her brothers, Alfred McCarthy and Paul McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Meghan, Christopher, Daniel C., Sharon Knuth of Elmira, Michael and Mary Kathleen "Katie" Knuth of Elmira; and her brother John McCarthy of Buffalo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
