She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Sherwood and Julia Gibson; her husband Tony Berto; her sister Ellen Sherwood; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Johnson and Harold Winnie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Stiles (Donald), Steve Sherwood (Nancy Turner), Sandra Johnson and Cindy Sherwood; her nephews, Stephen Sherwood Jr. and Thomas Stephens Jr.; and her great-nephew Dalton Sherwood.
