We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, Arletta Lorraine Taylor of Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Jones and Beatrice Holloway Jones; her brother William A. Jones Jr.; and her son Rudy Faul. She is survived by: her husband Lowell E. Taylor; her sister Rosalind F. Faulkner; her children, David R. Taylor, Lowell E. Taylor, Lorraine E. Clark and Beatrice J. Taylor; and her grandchildren, Jere T. Taylor, Jaden Ximines, Xavian Ximines and Giada Taylor. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
