He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cook and Antoinette Cook (DelMonte); his children, Anthony Joseph and Robyn; his wives, Ruth and Marian; and his siblings, Angelo, Joseph, Mary and Anna.
He is survived by: his children, Christina, Robert, Randy, Glenn and Debra; his sister Theresa Carr; his sister-in-law Sandra Cook; and his niece Sharon Crean. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
