He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Ramsay and Marian Scutter Ramsay. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Ramsay; his children, Thomas Ramsay (Jeanette), Kimberly Reublin (Terry) and James Ramsay; his stepchildren, Michael Storch, Tammy Sweeney (Tim) and Jeff Storch (Sherry); and his brother Dean Ramsay (Val). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
