He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Borden and Luella J. Borden (Morseman); and his siblings, Herbert Borden, Leroy Borden, Waneta Oswald, Gladys Keegan, Pauline Gleason, Janet Conklin and Donna Jean Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Borden of Elmira Heights; his siblings, Maynard Borden of Elmira and Beatrice VanZile of Horseheads; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Decker of Elmira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
