He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph D. and Florence Parker, Sr. (Sperbeck); his brother Lance Parker, Sr.; and his granddaughter Kiersten Moore. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Parker (Rossi); his daughters, Shannon (Randall Moore) and Kelly (Chad Christensen); his grandchildren, Brandon Parker of Elmira, Bryon Champagne of Winnabow, NC, Ayla Lamboglia (Michael) of Colorado Springs, CO, Samantha Cogswell of Winnabow, NC, Scarlett Christensen of Winnabow, NC and Mackenzie Kerrigan (Patrick) of Leland, NC; his brother Vance Parker (Sandra) of Horseheads; and his sister-in-law Nancy Parker of Livonia, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
