He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard Holmes Young and Mary Katherine Young (Lyon); and his brother Bruce Young. He is survived by: his daughter Carlye Trickett (Matthew); his grandchildren, Abigail, Alexander and Madeline Trickett; his siblings, Gaynor L. Young-Pierce (Dennis) and Ryck Young (Bridgett Kingsley); and his sister-in-law Debbie Young (Herm). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
