He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Kerwan. He is survived by: his parent Marion Crowley Kerwan; his son Joseph L. Kerwan; his wife Jean Knox Kerwan; his sons-in-law, Susan, William Berg of Elmira Heights, Karen and Patrick Adami of Elmira; his grandchildren, Jason Berg (Debora) of Boston, Jenna Berg of Elmira Heights, Jennifer Hamilton, Allison Betser, Julie Colton and Joanne Grismore; his siblings-in-law, Michael Kerwan, Joseph Agan of Elmira Heights, Charlotte McCracken of Horseheads, Morris H. Knox and Carolyn Fedele of Florida; and also Marilyn Kerwan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
