He was predeceased by: his parents, George McDougal and Grace McDougal (Andrews); and his sisters, Connie Carroll and Shirley Tomlinson. He is survived by: his brothers, Ken (Sharon) of Frenchburg, KY and Bob McDougal of Abingdon, MD; and his close friends, Jerry and Charlene Austin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
