He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Phillips and Kathryn Phillips (Schubert); and his sisters, Barbara Phillips and Mary Smeal (Bill Smeal). He is survived by: his wife Diana Phillips (Clapsaddle); his children, Lori and Greg; his granddaughter Marissa (Matt Sheahan); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Maddyn and Maverick Sheahan; and his sister Jean Phillips.
