He was predeceased by: his parents, William Seymour Sr. and Theresa Seymour; and his brother Carl Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Donna Seymour; his children, Ann Foster (Shawn), Ernie Parker (Melissa) and Tom Parker (Dawn); and his siblings, William Jr., Lois, JoAnn, Connie, Beverly and Linda. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
