He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Speen and Irene Speen (Mowchan). He is survived by: his sister Maryanna; his brother-in-law Lou Atkinson of Horseheads; his brother William; his sister-in-law Jeanne Speen of Valencia, PA; his nieces and nephews, Chrissie and Jim Sarosy of Clay, NY; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gehrig, Holden, Danica, Melanie and Phil Metzger of Schenectady, NY; and also, Maggie, Charlie, David, Amber Atkinson of Baldwinsville, NY, Gage, Asher, Parker Rae, Ashleen Speen of Owego, NY, Jeremy Speen of Cranberry, PA, Vince Smith of San Fransisco, CA, Stacey, Vlad Gudovich of Potomac, MD and Jill Smith of Washington, DC..
