He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Mowery Sr. and Mary K. McElligott Mowery; his sister Diane; his brother-in-law Dayton "Pete" Knox; his brother Richard N. "Dick" Mowery; and his brother-in-law Charles H. "Chuck" Schiefen.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna S. Schiefen of Horseheads, NY, Margo and Thomas Chimileski of Horseheads, NY; and his daughters, Cindy, Tina and Mary. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins a host of friends.
