She is survived by: her husband Ernest Gosing Woo; her sons, Ronald Ernest Woo of New York and Kenneth Terrence Woo of New York; and her sisters, Olive Shang Manoli of Nevada, Nancy Shang Hsi of Washington and Joan Shang Wong of Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
