She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Zajac; her son Daniel J. Zajac (Mary Jean); her parents, John Antoszek and Maryanna Antoszek; and her siblings, John, Jean and Mary.

She is survived by: her daughter Annette Wojtowicz (Donald). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
