He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Busalachi. He is survived by: his children, Holly Busalachi and Carly Busalachi; his parent Judith Busalachi; and his siblings, Mark Busalachi (Nancy), John Busalachi and Deanna Gagliardo (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
