He was loved and cherished by many people including: the parent of his child Chauffeur; his daughters, Suzanne Katrein (Jerrold) and Jennifer Ulewski-Davis (Jerome); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jessica and Jerry Katrein; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Hans, Jacob and Branden; and his friend Joe Biehunik (Joan).
Face coverings and social distancing will be required at all times during Jake's services.
