He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen M. Terwilliger; his pet Roxi; his children, Tina, Redick (Micheal), Paul Edward Terwilliger II, Charles Terwilliger Jr., Brandon Charles, Joshua Alexander and Jakob Lee Redick; and his friend Tim Blyzniak.
