He is survived by: his wife Jana Skinner (Sprague); his sons, Zachary N. Skinner (Jayoung Yoon) and Justin R Skinner; his grandsons, Liam and Theo Yoon Skinner; and his siblings, Nick (Marion), N. H., John (Shirley), N. C., Jeanne Caskinette (Rick) of Redwood, NY, Nancy O'Conner (Pat) of Evans Mills, NY and Scott Skinner (Kelly) of Clayton, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
