He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David J Whalen, Jr. (Red) and Rosemarie Whalen Balcezak; his wife Anne Whalen of Ellisburg, NY; his son David J.; his daughter-in-law Diane Whalen IV of Diamond Point, NY; and his sisters, Linda Kocha and Kathleen Hansen. He was also cherished by his family and many friends.
