It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Skip Frazier of Ellington, New York, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Niel G. Skip and Katherine Cooper Frazier Sr. Skip; and his grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth Dickerson and Ryan Jacob Miller. He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Smith Frazier; his children, Jennifer Miller (Jeff) of Cherry Creek, Lisa Swanson (Chris) of Jamestown, Elizabeth Dickerson (Clarence) of Kennedy, Eric Frazier of Falconer, Valerie Giovannini of Pittsburg and Zachary Frazier of Ellington; and his siblings, Gary Frazier of Florida, Charles Frazier of Bemus Point, Bonnie Wright (Maurice) of Jamestown and Priscilla Morrison (Jim) of Conewango Valley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Memorials may be donated to the Ellington Fire Department or Randolph Rod & Gun Club.
