He is survived by: his children, Samantha Wagner, Melissa Matteson (William), Joseph Wagner (Ashley) and Michael Wagner; his grandchildren, Jordan Wagner, Preston Koterass, Cherish Jacobi (Samuel), Stephan Koterass, Jacob Matteson, Aidan Matteson, Ava Kutschke, Myka Patterson, Onaleigha Wagner, Ezekiel Wagner and Teagen Wagner; and his siblings, Daniel E. Wagner, Luis Keoppen and Valerie Pelley.
