He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Mercer and Patricia Mercer (Loveless); and his aunt Lucille Harris. He is survived by: his sister Teresa Wagner of Ellicottville; and his niece Calla Wagner (Ryan Monroe) of Little Valley. He is also survived by many cousins, loving family members and friends.
