He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mack and Alice Mack (Kelley); and his siblings, David Mack, Earl Mack, Harold Mack, William Mack, Rae Razey, Shirley Baker, Adelia Kelley, Alice Kelley and Alta Kelley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Doris Baker of Springville and Lola Mae Edwards of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
