He is survived by: his children, Dustin Woodarek (Ashley) of Great Valley and Jaimie Woodarek of Ellicottville; his siblings, William Woodarek (Mary Jo) of Ellicottville, David Woodarek (Ronda) of South Dayton, Martin Woodarek (Kristen) of Land, Jason Woodarek (Lisa) of Allegany, Christopher Woodarek (Kim Elise) of Ellicottville, Jude Woodarek (Katie) of Springville, Rebecca Rakieski (Joseph) of Ridgeway, PA, Belinda Pollock (Bruce) of Ellicottville and Barbara Woodarek of Great Valley; and his grandchildren, Mayelyn, Ava and Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
