He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay M. Frank and Berniece Frank (Ditcher); his siblings, Keith Frank and Marion Frank; and his nephew Michael Chapman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Frank (Gail) of Ellicottville, June Chapman (late Don) of Ellicottville and Mary Ann Fadale (late Charles) of Olean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
