She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Clark and Ella Clark (Stewart); her spouse Lee E. Meacham; and her children, Kenneth G. Meacham, Daniel J. Meacham and Laurie M. Meacham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Meacham (Mike), Rourke of Shelbyville, IN, Joy Daly (Martin) of Lebanon, OR and Bonnie Meacham (Clayton Williams) of Ellicottville; and her grandchildren, Kristin Brown of Shelbyville, IN., Tami Fuller of East Aurora, Stewart Fuller (Amanda) of Ischua, Joseph Fuller (Jessica) of Corvallis, OR, Daniel Fuller of Portland, OR, Erin Wright of Ontario, Elleanor Meacham-Williams and Audrey Meacham-Williams of Ellicottville. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
