We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2020, at the age of 90, George Allan Thayer of Ellicottville, New York, born in Kendall, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Thurber Thayer and Grace Barringer Thayer; his sisters, Virginia Harter and Ruth Marzolf of Florida; his wife Alfreda Gates Roulo; and his children, Robert Thayer of Rochester, Rebecca Perrault of Penn Yan, Rachel Thayer-Workman of Rolesville, N. C., Roger Thayer of Syracuse, Randall Thayer and Fuquay.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VA hospital in Buffalo, Solomon's Porch in Little Valley or St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ellicottville.
