He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Raecher and Esther Raecher (Bowen); his stepdaughter Petra Weeks; and his brother Russell Raecher. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Miller (Frank) of Ellicottville; his brother David Raecher of Treasure Lake, PA.; and his grandchildren, Marcus Weeks (Kate), Thomas Lamphier, Cameron Miller and Michael Miller. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
