He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Tompkins and Grace Miller Tompkins; and his brother Elwood Tompkins. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Falk (Jonathan) of Buffalo, NY, Donald Tompkins (Kathleen) of Lakeview, NY and David Tompkins (Brooke).
