She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Siebart and Marie Siebart; her son Steven Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Marjorie Alsdorf, Zelma Boss and Frank Siebart II.
She is survived by: her spouse Dana G. Fitzpatrick; her children, Daniel Fitzpatrick (Nancy) of Ellicottville, Gregory Fitzpatrick (Ann Marie) of Ellicottville, Marcia Fitzpatrick (Jim Zaepfel) of Williamsville, NY, Kerry Allison (Michael) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Dr. Sheila Fitzpatrick of Vail, CO.; her grandchildren, Maggie, Stephen (Natalee), Charles, Brendan, Kailey, Annie Meghan, Melanie, Connor, Dana and Christina; her great grandchildren, Carter, Henry, Hallie and Braden; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Widger of Allegany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
