Johnson of Mata, PA; his children, Melanie, Brandon, Naomi Kautz, William Kautz and Amanda; his siblings, Philip Kautz of Newburgh, NY, Kim Kautz of Middletown, NY., Marsha Knuth of Middletown, NY. and Mary Graham (Richard) of Middletown, NY.; and also Terry Cudney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
