She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Misner and Lillian Lawrence Misner; and her siblings, Judith Johnson and Fred Misner. She is survived by: her daughter Emily Freer Arter (Joseph) of Saugerties; her grandchildren, Camille and Isabel; her siblings, Robert Misner (Donna) of Las Vegas, NV and Diane Bunting (Rick) of Bainbridge; and her friend Mary Collier. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines must be met - a limited number of people at one time will be allowed in the funeral home and at the church, and facemasks are required.
