He is survived by: his brother Martin Milligan (Dana Marie Anderson); his pets, Spanky and Sugar; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Van Dunk, Tinamarie Branbenburger, Autumnmist Milligan, Blue Petersen, Brett Milligan, Richard Milligan, Kileen Milligan, Brook Jazylo and Jenna Jazylo; his great-nieces, Nija and Anisa Christofora; and his friend Matthew Stickles. He is also survived by many other great nieces, great nephews and friends.
