She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Toomey and Theresa Toomey (Harvey); her brothers, Timothy and John Toomey; and her brother-in-law Michael L. Dechon.
She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Dechon; her children, Colleen Dechon, Patrick Dechon (Adrienne), Michael Dechon (Breana) and Stephen Dechon; her siblings, Carol Rivano, Marie Laffan (Michael), Ann DiBello (Richard) and Robert Toomey; her grandchildren, Riley Dechon, Emma Dechon, Sullivan Dechon, Kai Kumagai and Keira Dechon; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Toomey, Patricia Dechon, Eileen Dechon (Karen), Kathleen Connallon (John), James Dechon (Rosa) and Daniel Dechon (Monica). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Noreen's name to Ellenville First Aid & Rescue Squad, Ellenville Regional Hospital or Vassar Brothers Hospital.
