She is survived by: her child Dr. Celines Morales-Ribeiro (Joe); her grandson Noah Ribeiro (Her Papito); her daughter Sara Diaz (Omar); her grandchildren, Marilisse (Her Sweetheart) and Josiah Diaz (Her Bebe); her son Samuel Morales III; her grandchildren, Samuel and Elena Morales (Her Sunshine); her son Kaiden; her great grandchild Amir Prince Maria; her sisters, Cristina Martinez, Luisa Martinez and Anadel Lara; her nephew John Martinez; and her pet Corazon.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Maria's name to the Englewood Health Foundation in support of the Infusion and Cancer Center.
