She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Polkoski and Rachel Polkoski (DeMario); and her sister Diane Bryant. She is survived by: her brother Philip J. Polkoski Sr. (Mary); her nephews, Philip and Derick Polkoski; her niece Elizabeth Flores; her cousin Steve Polkoski; and her pet Max.
