He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Velez and Carmen Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ziegler-Velez; his siblings, Miriam Velez, Lisa Martinez and Raymond Velez; his children, Victoria, Javier, Raymond, Matthew, Cherish and Theresa Marie; his stepdaughter Wendy Ayuso; and his children-in-law, Anthony Montalvo, Junior Ayuso, Julie Ziegler and Amber Ziegler. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
