As we bid adieu to Iris Mercedes' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Iris Mercedes has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ralph A. Greco; her daughters, Joan Greco and Liz Greco-Rocks (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Izzy and Jonathan Greco.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lucia Brothers Funeral Home (569 E 184th St, Bronx, NY 10458). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
