He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina Maisonet and Perfecto Rivera; his sons, Frank Rivera and William Rivera; and his siblings, Jose Rivera, Ruben Rivera and Sonia Rivera.
He is survived by: his daughter Mitzi Rivera (Ivan Rivera); his grandchildren, Albert Santiago, Samantha Santiago, Aaron Santiago, Vanessa Rivera, Melissa Rivera, Mitzi Rivera and Jennifer Santiago; his great grandchildren, Alexavier Santiago, Destini Gonzalez, Alyssa Gonzalez, Aiden Rivera, Isabella Proton, Madison Proton, Anthony Pignalosa, Gabriella Pignalosa, Kayla Pignalosa and Emily Rosas; and his sister Nilda Elias.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Loucks Funeral Home (79 N Main St, Ellenville, NY 12428). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's & St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church (139 S Main St, Ellenville, NY 12428). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the Fantinekill Cemetery (8068 US-209, Napanoch, NY 12428).
