She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie L. Davenport (McCarrick); and her son Philip Streczyk. She is survived by: her father Judson Davenport; and her children, Jessica Welsh of Monticello and Gregg Kraeft of Milford, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by seven siblings, along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Debra's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization she supported for many years.
