With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cristina Martinez-Alvarado of Ellenville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosario Montero and Anastacio Perez; her son Jose Luis Roman; her grandchildren, Carlos and Anastacio Roman; and her siblings, Carmen Lamberti, Irma Robles, David Melendez and Maria Morales.
She is survived by: her son Luis Angel Roman (Carmela); her grandchildren, Angel and Adrian Roman; her son Juan Jose Roman (Maria); her grandchildren, Johnathon, Brianna Roman, Jasmine and Ray Colon; her daughter Nancy Ramos (Edwin); her grandchildren, Jeanine Serrano, Cynthia Cornelius and Edwin Ramos Jr.; her son Marco Roman (Ellen); her grandsons, James, Daniel and Nicolas Tucker; her daughter Lourdes Torres (Manuel); her grandchildren, Cristina and Joseph Torres; her siblings, Luisa Martinez and Anadel Lara; and her nieces and nephews, Sara Gutierres and Noelia Melendez. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Loucks Funeral Home (79 N Main St, Ellenville, NY 12428). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Fantinekill Cemetery (8068 US-209, Napanoch, NY 12428).
