It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Ozina Garrow (Ellenburg Center, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Graves and Ozina Chagnon Graves; her husband Gerald Garrow Sr.; her siblings, Edna Blanchard, Marie Bowers, Auriella Babbie, Dorothy Melheisen and Walter Graves; and her pets, Snow and Duke.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Curtin, Tony (Sharon), Gerald Jr. (Gail Brooks), Steve (Julie Rabideau) and Richard Garrow (Darlene); and her siblings, Shirley Bell, Joyce Graves, Mildred Alco, Ruth Bond, Ralph Graves and Robert Graves. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
